published again!!!!

I'm so happy I've been published again in scrapbook magazine.....
My lo was chosen for the December issue, readers gallery.

Beautiful senorita

I created this lo of my daughter Dayna in her Spanish dress.



I picked out the red and black from her dress and used these as my main colours.

My journaling is hidden under the second photo that opens out to the side using the white ribbon.

I made the flower from double sided paper using a template.

Every month I go to a lovely scrap booking crop in Otley. I look forward to it every time. Its run by two fantastic ladies, Vanessa and her mum Leslie. We have a crop kit to complete every month. I love to do the kit as I'm always learning new techniques and using such lovely products.

Make your dinner sparkle with a sprinkle of christmas snow seasoning.....

Decorated jar candles make a lovely gift with a pearsonal touch.

I bought tins of sweets and gave them a christmasy feel

with festive papers and a little bling.

I finished them off with paper bows and faux stitching.

Lowyn was so excited putting up the tree and trimming the house we had to have a pic!

My cat Albie loves it when the tree goes up......

He sleeps under it every year.

Happy Halloween

We all had great fun dressing up and going to the Halloween party put on by the Gainsborough labour club!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

sorry!!!

Hi all sorry I've not blogged for a while...........

I started back to work in June and have been flat out busy. I'm now working as a design technolgy technician part time for my local high school. I LOVE IT !!!!

Only thing is not so much time for crafting :(

Here are a couple of little recent projects I've been working on.

I decorated this jar candle for my Aunt Elsies birthday as she loves candles xx

This is a canvase that I made for my cousins daughter Amy.

Its to go in her new bedroom :)
