long awaited!!! Fab uniforms

New Cheerleading uniforms for Ipswich Academy's Cheer squad.....:)
I love how the girls look in their new uniform, they deserve it so much xx

I had taken quite a few pics of the girls performing and wanted to do a multi photo lo.
I made a photo collage and used a team photo too.
I wanted to use star for the embellishements as they truely are!
I also made a pompom in the team colours and finished with a bling.....

Peppa pig world Yay!!!

April last year we took the girls to the newly opened Peppa Pig World.
Lowny loves Peppa pig!  Dayna especially loved the jumping bean and the edge rides.
We all had a great time as lots to do for all ages.

This Lo is a great way of using your scraps of patterned paper as its mostly strips!

I created a double page Lo as had so many pics.
I always seem to take alot and then cant decide which ones to print.

TIP- When wanting to scrap lots of photos try making a collage of your photos.
I did mine at Snap fish.

I made this embellishment from a pre cut Peppa Pig, I cut it to size to fit my Lo.
I added prima flowers and glued buttons in the middles.
I found some large buttons and bakers twine to make the balloons.

I am pleased with this fun page. It's bright and colourful with lots of photos. :)

Ipswich on ice

Last Jan we went ice skating for the first time.
I've been holding onto these pics and finally decided scrap them.

I started by inking the bottom half of white card stock. Using blue and pale green ink and a mask gradually building up the colour. I also inked the outside edge with a light brown ink.

I positioned my photos onto my background paper ,
cut the paper so my focal photo could be slipped behind.

I backed my photos with old book pages. Inking them also with light brown ink. I made the frilled edge by tearing and then folding the book paper. Finish by sticking underneath the photo.
I used book paper to coordinate with the circles on the patterned paper.

TIP-Keep an old book in your stash.
It can be very useful as neutral and can also be coloured with inks, paint or mist to coordinate with your lo.

I used the brand strip at the bottom of the paper and stuck above the 2nd photo. Nothings wasted!
TIP- Keep a look out on the brand strip for nice little patterned pieces.

Finish off by journaling along the bottom.
